Primedia's advertising businesses of which there are over 40 brands are located principally in South Africa. This broad base of assets, which includes radio broadcasting, outdoor advertising, commuter and other out of home media opportunities, spans both the traditional and non-traditional media sectors. Trademark Design was approached by a third party agent with a brief from client requesting the development of an umbrella identity for the group. The solution was of spanning the brand name under the stars projected both the connotation of spanning the region and a 5 star quality mark in entertainment.
